This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or book a rental with us. By using our website or our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Contact information, such as your name, phone number, email address and mailing address.
• Booking details, such as your rental dates, pickup and return details, the vehicle you choose, any add ons you select, and the names of any additional drivers.
• Driver's license and identity verification information, such as images of your driver's license or other government issued ID, your date of birth, license number and expiration date, and a photo of you when needed to match your ID.
• Insurance information, such as your insurance company, policy details and proof of coverage.
• Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed by our third party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our own systems. We may receive limited details such as the card type, the last four digits and your billing zip code.
• Device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described below.
• Communications, such as messages you send us by email, text message, phone call or social media.

• Operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rental agreement and Terms of Service.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Booking platform provider. Our online booking system is provided by Valara (valara.io). Valara processes reservations, customer details, driver's license and ID verification documents, and payments on our behalf.
• Payment processor. Our third party payment processor handles card payments, security deposits and refunds.
• Insurance and verification partners. We may share information with insurance companies, claims administrators and identity or license verification services to confirm coverage, verify eligibility and handle claims.
• Service providers. We use providers such as Webflow for website hosting, along with email, text messaging and analytics services, that process information for us and only as we direct.
• Law enforcement and government agencies. We may share information with police, toll authorities, parking and traffic agencies and courts in connection with tolls, traffic and parking violations, accidents, or stolen or unreturned vehicles.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of others.
• Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Vehicle GPS and Telematics

Our rental vehicles may be equipped with GPS or telematics devices. These devices may collect information such as vehicle location, speed, mileage, fuel level and vehicle diagnostics during your rental. We use this information to recover lost or stolen vehicles, to protect the safety of renters and our vehicles, to confirm mileage and fuel, to investigate accidents, damage or misuse, and to enforce the rental agreement. By renting a vehicle from us, you acknowledge that this vehicle data may be collected during your rental.

If you connect your phone to a vehicle's infotainment system, your contacts, call history or other data may be stored in the vehicle. We recommend removing your device from the vehicle's system before you return it.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, complete your rental, resolve disputes, handle tolls, citations and claims that may arrive after your rental ends, keep accurate business and tax records, and comply with the law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. We also rely on trusted providers, such as Valara and our third party payment processor, that use industry standard security measures. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.

Your Choices

• You can update your contact or booking information by contacting us.
• You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP to any text.
• You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. We may need to keep certain information to complete a rental, handle open charges or claims, or comply with the law.

Marketing Texts and Emails

If you agree to receive marketing messages from us, we may send you promotional emails and text messages about offers, new vehicles and events. Your consent is not a condition of renting a vehicle. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you messages about your reservations and rentals.

Nevada Privacy Rights

If you are a Nevada resident, Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A gives you the right to submit a request directing us not to sell your covered information. We do not sell personal information or covered information. You may still submit an opt out request by emailing us at sincityexclusivesvegasrentals@gmail.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt Out Request." We will respond within the time required by Nevada law.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
